Sale Information

Location: Lenox Community Center, 65 Walker St, Lenox, MA 01240

Set Up:‍ ‍Friday, Nov 6th from 6:00 pm - 8 pm or Saturday, Nov 7th 8 am - 9:30 am

Sale: Saturday, Nov 7th from 10am - 5pm and Sunday, Nov 8th from 10am - 5pm

Pricing for participants:$75 / 20% commission for BPC

Refund policy: 50% refundable if the spot is filled by another potter.

Volunteer Gift: Please donate a piece (~$30 value) for our sales volunteers (no seconds please). 

The expenses that will be covered by the entry fee and commission include:

- Tables and tablecloths, artist name tags, lawn signs for local advertising

- Facebook advertising, printing of flyers, packaging, bags & wrapping

- A central cashier to receive all payment for art sold**

- Event space rental

- Pay sales tax

How to price your pieces:

- All items must be labeled with a sticker price tag. Price tags should have your first and last initials and the price. Please omit the $ sign.

- Sets of wares must be clearly labeled for our central cashier

i. e. Please place a secondary sticker on any piece of a set with set info.

Other Important Info:

- All sale participants or a representative are required to be at their table for sale, except for breaks. Potters may coordinate with other potters to cover their table while on break.

- Potters will receive their payment within two weeks after the sale.

- Please don't sell seconds.

- All display setups must be confined to your tabletop.

- If you register after 9/22, you will NOT be included in physical promotional materials due to print deadlines.

- Sale breakdown will be 5:00pm on Sunday. Please do not start packing up until the sale officially concludes.  All vendors are required to assist with clean up after the sale.

**BPC will take care of all pottery sales with a central checkout and cashier. Vendors DO NOT need their own method of taking payments for sales. Vendors CANNOT opt out of this system.

This is a community / volunteer run event and EVERYONE is expected to contribute to our marketing and promotional efforts through by distributing flyers and sharing social media posts. We couldn't do it without you!
