Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Pay Workshops and Events:

• If you cancel 14 days or more before the beginning of a pay workshop or event, you will receive a full refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

• If you cancel seven to 13 days before the beginning of a pay workshop or event, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

• No refunds or credits are given for cancellations six or less days before the beginning of a pay workshop or event.

Holiday Sale Events:

• 50% refundable if the spot is filled by another potter.
